With more than decade experience of making Single & Double Rack Ovens our manufacturing team accept that challenge of making 4 Racks Oven and still we are doing verifications & improvements on working & finishing of this Model.

We introduce this model for large scale production, which save time as well as manpower.

Following are some features of our Quadri Rack Oven.

Eco-friendly - with the awareness of current Global worming situation, we design this model more eco-friendly by experimenting on its fuel consumption requirement.

Anti Pollution We introduce this model with a slogan of GO GREEN. Unlike wooden fire bakeries, its required minimum fuel (LPG or Diesel) so indirectly we are giving our contribution in controlling pollution.

Large Scale production In this Oven we can insert 4 trolleys at once, it helps to enhance the production as we can use all 4 trolleys by inserting 62-96 trays of row material at one time.

Saving: This encourage saving of 1) Electricity - Its requiring minimum amount of Electricity around 2.5kw, 2) Manpower as there is no necessity of any skill to operate. A single person can handle all the procedure. 3) Time As we can use all 4 trolleys at one time, we can bake large quantity of any product in short time period.

Uniform Baking In Rotary Rack Ovens we provide more importance to uniform baking of products, all the trolleys rotated inside on turntable with the help of Rotor.

This Huge size Oven requires more space but, these are more appealing & Economical than any other Ovens.

In Future we will add some more products like Dough sheeter, Molders etc in our product range.
